Straw Himmeli - Dangaus sodas
Master – Virginija Rimkutė Ancient tradition of straw himmeli - Dangaus sodai (in Lithuanian, which means Heavenly gardens) - is associated with Spring celebrations. During this class you will learn more about the meaning of straw himmeli, its history, and making technology. You will learn to prepare straws and make a small straw himmeli. Duration 2 h. Group 5–15 persons. Price 15 EUR for a prson (VAT not included)*. Language: Lithuanian, English, Russian. * Advance payment should be paid under the issued pre-invoice when educational craft activity is ordered for a group of at least 6 people. During this class you will learn to prepare straws and make several decorations from them for the interior of Christmas tree. Duration 1,5 h. Group 5–20 persons.
